Jordan Brand is giving us a revisionist’s view of what Michael Jordan could’ve been wearing during his historic stint with the Dream Team during the 1992 Barcelona Summer Olympics by introducing the Air Jordan 7 “Tinker Alternate”. The pair is slated to release on August 16th featuring a bevy of Patriotic features that gives you a physical representation of what Tinker was thinking of doing during the early sample stages of Mike’s Dream Team sneaker. A bolder take on the heel fetures the American flag and Jordan’s Olympic no.9 while a red gradient midsole is aided by extra speckling. Metallic Gold lacetips and new Deep Royal Blue panels create a head-turning look stuck in the early 90s. What do you think of this Jordan 7 “Olympic Alternate”? Get with us after the break for a better view of this upcoming Air Jordan 7 release and let us know if you’re a fan of the colorway by taking your thoughts to the comments section.
